Red Bull UK is currently hiring a HR Data & Insights Specialist (Europe) to be based in London, UK.

The HR Data & Insights Specialist is an exciting role responsible for providing valuable insights that will help us shape our HR strategy in Europe. In this role you are responsible for managing and executing data quality and insights initiatives and will work closely with the HR teams at both regional and country level. This includes proactively managing all data quality initiatives, owning reporting activities and providing key insights to the business, data analytics, as well as supporting with integrated planning. You will also support onboarding new team members and coaching the existing country HR teams on all data related topics like KPI definitions and reporting, dashboards, headcount and cost planning, data quality and insight driven analysis, enabling HR & business stakeholders to make better data-driven decisions.

  • Reporting and Insights
  • Cultivate analytics approach to problem solving and grow capability within Europe.
  • Derive actionable insights from data and information.
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards and prepare quarterly presentations on key KPIs.
  • Coach and train others how to interpret and communicate results to influence business decision, leveraging our HR Consulting Skills approach.
  • Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed.
  • Data and Systems
  • Gain detailed knowledge of systems and other internal data sources including SAP, BI, SAP Analytics Cloud and Anaplan, and familiarity with external data sources.
  • Conduct regular audits to validate data accuracy.
  • Continually refine processes and recommend new and innovative solutions.
  • Create and maintain guides and documentation that can be used within the European region and globally.
  • Integrated Planning
  • Provide headcount and cost analysis in all areas of the business and assist in preparing materials for annual planning cycles.
  • Support workforce and personnel cost planning processes, tools, and reporting with key internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure planned outputs to applicable systems (HR, Finance, local, regional and global) meet requirements and are accurate and timely.
  • Help teams understand foundational planning principles around demand and supply drivers and historical trends, gap analysis, and action planning.
  • Project Management
  • Participate on project teams as a subject matter expert and support the rollout of new initiatives.
  • Support Europe HR team with ad hoc initiatives.

EXPERIENCE

  • Nothing makes you happier than burying your head in data and sifting through the information to find insights and provide solutions.
  • Experience with HR systems (such as SAP, BI, SuccessFactors, Workday) – and take pride in being the person everyone will come for help.
  • Advanced level of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
  • Ideally experience in Workforce Planning, HR analytics, Tableau/Power BI or similar
  • Strong analytical ability combined with high level of accuracy in work.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, locally and internationally, across all levels of the organisation.
  • Cross cultural awareness and able to build relationships across different cultures and work styles.
  • Excellent attention to detail, process driven and structured – if it can be done faster, better, smarter, you’re all over it.
  • Quick learner, self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • We value experience over formal education.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Travel 10-20%
