Reporting to the Director of Sales Training and Development, you will support systematic learning and development solutions around important systems and sales processes that further our Sales and Distribution strategy. You will identify and oversee the adaptation, development, and integration of learning solutions that support knowledge and skill advancement. These include training programs, job aids, eLearning, and interactive course content. You will also implement training solutions on par with our brand standards. You will enhance and oversee all aspects of learning solutions, including project management, content, and training facilitation – ensuring input from sales leadership and agreement on RBNA Sales strategies and global curricula.

  • SALES TRAINING DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTAION
  • Implement all important system and sales process learning solutions.
  • Analyze and assess processes for training needs for individuals, teams, and sales programs.
  • Partner with the business leaders to assess learning needs for systems.
  • Develop learning solutions inclusive of job aids, eLearning, audio visual resources, and instructor-led training (virtual or in-person).
  • Launch programs and supporting resources for employees and managers to increase knowledge associated with sales systems.
  • Organize a library of training content including PowerPoint presentations, guides, activities, videos, etc.
  • Assist the development of learning solutions for the Key Account, Insights, Distribution, and Field Sales organizations.
  • BUSINESS PARTNERSHIPS AND ENGAGEMENT
  • Be an ambassador to the Sales Athlete program amongst all levels of the sales organization.
  • Collaborate with diverse Subject Matter Experts, partners, and vendors across geographies on goals, course content and communication strategy; manage design, scope, and development time.
  • Recommend or use vendor programs that meet instructional objectives
  • Establish expectations with leadership on important processes within the Key Account, Insights, Distribution, and Field Sales organizations.
  • MEASURE AND ADAPT
  • Establish metrics/assessments to measure performance of learning solutions.
  • Implement processes to collect information on post-program behavior adoption of learners to support training managers.
  • Align with partners to establish metrics that monitor performance of the learning solutions effect on post-training behavior change and results.
  • Evaluate data and summarize insights on effectiveness, recommend training, systems, or process modifications.
  • Assess instructor performance and learning programs to recommend improvements to learning content or instructor presentation methods; may recruit and train additional instructors from the sales organization.
  • LOGISTICS
  • Oversee respective project plans and timelines; coordinate training events when needed through our Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Improve current resource libraries and training databases.
  • Create and distribute communication for respective learning solutions.

EXPERIENCE

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

that matter most for this role:

  • 5+ years in Learning and Development or related function
  • CPG (beverage or other) industry experience preferred.
  • Experience integrating business training needs into learning solutions.
  • Facilitation experience
  • Understanding of adult learning theory.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Must be fluent in English, additional languages an advantage
  • Travel 20-30%
  • Permanent

The base salary range for this position is $102,000 to $113,000 + cash incentives Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
