Reporting to the Senior Manager of On Premise Analytics, your main priorities are to provide our On Premise leadership team with strategic analysis and project management to support and focus on long-term strategy. You will lead insights development for executive communications strategic plans and set up our On Premise Team for success in the future with our data and reporting.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • STRATEGIC ANALYSIS & PLANNING
  • Assess data, produce insights, and develop clear action plans to support growth and efficiencies
  • Contribute to the development of long-term channel strategy through data analytics, collaboration across all HQ/BU departments and external Retailer network(s) from creation to implementation
  • Lead the creation of all executive business updates, such as Top 2 Tops, Mid-Year reviews, etc.
  • STANDARD REPORTS AND PROCESSES
  • Evaluate existing reporting processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance data accuracy and efficiency
  • Support leadership in Identifying business opportunities across all channels and provide qualitative and quantitative analytic recommendations to guide action
  • Identify opportunities to convert reporting into SAP to support real-time updates
  • Determine gaps/inefficiencies in national and team processes and develop and implement plans to improve
  • Manage all content for all On Premise leadership calls, inclusive of current performance, insights, and future focus to share best practices with the Santa Monica and regional teams
  • Lead the development of weekly/monthly executive summary
  • PROJECT MANAGEMENT
  • Provide leadership and support from development to implementation including collaboration with IT on OnP applications, managing and tracking project timelines with essential partners, and business case proposals
  • Lead and implement large-scale projects such as Territory Optimization, Project Compass, and more within the Regions, ensuring successful planning, execution monitoring, and closure
  • Manage the On Premise Collegiate Project, collaborating with the Region teams and providing analytics and recommendations to help them make informed decisions
  • Document project outcomes, lessons learned, and best practices, encouraging a culture of continuous improvement
  • Ad hoc project management, support, and analysis

EXPERIENCE

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

that matter most for this role:

  • 5+ years of experience in an analytical management role in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry
  • Experience in Business/Management Consulting is a plus
  • High-Level understanding of reporting technology and capabilities
  • Experience interpreting sales data, analyzing results and providing relevant recommendations
  • Experience managing strategic processes and making improvements
  • Sales-orientation, understands connections between data and sales execution
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
  • Must be fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage.

The base salary range for this position is $101,000 to $112,000 + cash incentives Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
