The On Premise Consumer Marketing Manager will lead the consumer development across the 6 priority occasions (Party, Socialising, Festivals, Work, Study, Gaming) within the On Premise, with the aim to position Red Bull as the #1 brand and product for the consumer and trade. Achieved by increasing visible distribution, building Red Bull's relevance and increased use across the entire On Premise.

- LIVING THE RED BULL ON PREMISE CULTURE
- You will assume and live the Red Bull OP culture by being an active ambassador for the Red Bull brand and product in front of the team and the On Premise Network.
- MANAGE & LEAD ON PREMISE EVENT MARKETING
- You are responsible for adapting international marketing guidelines to meet market needs for consumer-facing assets and activations, while also overseeing the local strategy for enhancing Red Bull's presence across 6 key occasions: Party, Socialising, Festivals, Work, Study, and Gaming. You will manage the Red Bull event tools, POS and logistical requirement whilst assessing their impact on consumption during activations. You will actively observe market trends, seeks new business opportunities and manage a robust network of promoters, influencers, decision makers, and local contacts.
- INCREASE AVAILABILITY & ACTIVATION
- You are responsible for mapping and identifying new listing opportunities for Red Bull across the 6 priority Occasions. You will train On Premise teams to ensure world class activation of marketing initiatives, how to impact consumers in trade as well as develope new marketing activations to further impact the consumer and grow the consumption of Red Bull.
- RED BULL OWNED EVENTS
- You will leverage the global Red Bull events portfolio for consumers & industry aswell as create, develop and deliver local Red Bull party & socializing events. You will collaborate with brand marketing to localise Red Bull party & socializing assets to the market (Key creative, POS, social media assets) and develop impactful consumer activations with a strong On Premise angle to further increase the impact of our brand campaigns and events in Market.
- CONSUMER MARKETING
- You will develop initiatives and translate national campaigns into the world of On Premise ensuring they are delivered with impact & are designed to win. You will ideate, create and activate consumer facing Red Bull events all whilst collaborating strongly with the marketing teams (brand, culture, sports & Red Bull Media Network).
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- 5+ years of marketing and/or sales experience
- Ability to analyse complex trends and connect the dots between multifaceted disciplines
- Solid understanding of sales processes & high-level negotiation with key event promoters and key account group stakeholders
- Self-motivated, innovative, solution-oriented mindset, self-directed, do-it-now” attitude, flexible and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Travel 10-20%
