Reporting to the Vice President of On Premise Marketing, you will drive the consumer and industry marketing strategy with the aim of positioning us as the #1 brand and product for the consumer and industry. Achieved by increasing visible distribution, building Red Bull's relevance, and increasing usage across the entire On Premise channel. You will develop and deliver world-class consumer and industry marketing strategies and programs. You will work with the international, national and regional teams to maximize the opportunities through the channel, driving strategy into action and act as a bridge between marketing and sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • CONSUMER MARKETING STRATEGY
  • Lead the consumer marketing strategy and develop on premise marketing activities across our main priorities by developing and testing concepts for the total on premise channel, bringing Red Bull to life at important consumer moments.
  • Deliver and implement the occasion marketing strategy (i.e. party, socializing, events, at work, study) across the on premise channel to increase consumer demand.
  • Manage the delivery of marketing activities working with the National Key Account Marketing team to understand customer requirements to maximize the impact of 360 campaigns and consumer activations.
  • Collaboration with RBNA Legal Teams to ensure any tools and concepts are compliant with US law and vetted before being rolled out to the field.
  • INDUSTRY MARKETING STRATEGY
  • Implement leading industry marketing strategies and programs that target on premise opinion leaders, decision-makers, managers, and staff with unique programs, trainings, and incentives to make Red Bull the #1 brand and product they want to work with.
  • Measure and set goals for the channel to understand impact of programs and evolve plan to maximize investment.
  • PARTNERSHIPS
  • Build and maximize internal working relationships with wider Red Bull marketing teams e.g. Brand, Culture, Sports, and Comms.
  • Collaborate with International HQ partners to help lead collaboration projects sharing insights with wider Red Bull network and broadening role of the On Premise.
  • INSIGHTS
  • Partner with the Vice President of On Premise Marketing to provide ideas and insights to Channel leads that help to achieve the On-Premise commercial strategy goals
  • Report on channel marketing activities evaluating effectiveness and return on investment.
  • Use research and insights to identify new opportunities in the channel and increase the relevance of energy drinks. Creating the relevant tools and concepts to increase sales in outlet and consumer brand engagement.
  • KEY ACCOUNT MARKETING
  • Partner with the sales team to build deeper understanding of customers joint business plans and strategies to align their plans with our goals to land marketing programs.
  • Ensure agreement with Brand regarding Barterable assets for On Premise.
  • AGENCIES
  • Manage agency relationships to brief, create, and deliver marketing concepts for the channel and important customers.
  • Identify new agencies / suppliers to bring into the Red Bull network to benefit the channel and assist delivering world class concepts.

EXPERIENCE

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

  • 7+ years of experience in Marketing and Sales
  • In-depth knowledge of the On-Premise business
  • Project Management experience
  • Leadership experience
  • Relevant agency management background
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing, or equivalent work experience
  • Must be fluent in English, additional languages an advantage
  • Travel 20-30%
  • Permanent

The base salary range for this position is $136,000 to $151,000 + cash incentives Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
