What you’ll do
- Work closely with the Project Managers, Product Owners, Delivery and Ops teams and Suppliers assuring the alignment of all the working streams;
- Assure a regular executive status of the program with updates at ExCo level;
- Manage budget execution, anticipating any potential deviation/trade-off and discuss it with stakeholders for final decision;
- Track performance and analyse the completion of key goals. Document and report project progress to stakeholders and clients;
- Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project.
Who you are
- Proven leadership skills and strong communication skills at C-suite level;
- Ability to work on a matrix organization;
- Communication, critical thinking, resilience, organization, problem-solving skills with a strong time management;
- Ability to use specialized software for collaboration and time management (Jira, Project Office, Excel) and experience with process improvement;
- Experience in project portfolio management, preferably in the telco market;
- Portuguese/English Language proficiency.
