P2P DC/Query Intern (Romanian-Speaking)!
What kind of tasks will you have?
- Providing administrative support to the local market regarding invoice and payment monitoring
- Keeping in touch with the vendors in order to answer their queries
- Helping the P2P team with report preparation and other ad-hoc tasks
We are searching for you, if you
- Have a full time active university semester now and for the upcoming 7 months
- Are self-confident both in English Romanian
- Have analytical and problem solving skills, SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Have an advanced knowledge in MS Office, especially in Excel
- Enjoy working as a part of a team
What you can expect from us is
- Flexible work schedule with minimum 20-30 hours/week
- 1600 HUF/ hour (NET)
- We are trialling a flexible and hybrid way of working to ensure our colleagues’ wellbeing and health & safety; we combine working from home with meeting max 2 times/week in our fully refurbished, digital office in Budapest.
