Job Description:
The Reservation Sales Director - Global Contact Center focuses on enhancing customer service, exceeding revenue goals, and fostering a sales-oriented culture within the contact center. The position’s primary responsibility is to ensure an excellent customer service experience for our guests by meeting department KPI’s and maintaining efficient operational standards. The Reservation Sales Director - Global Contact Center is responsible for managing the Reservation Sales Hosts and developing their sales skills and property knowledge. The position will work with each team member to develop a sales culture by providing ongoing learning and coaching the sales agents for continual improvement.
Minimum (10) years previous work experience from which comparable skills can be acquired with a minimum of five years of progressive contact center management experience preferably in the hotel or travel space.
