Job Description Overview:
1. Lead and support digital transformation projects with developers and stakeholders including but not limited to:
- Develop analytical dashboards (Tableau)
- Process automation (RPA - Python, UiPath are preferred)
- Database maintenance and query setups (SQL)
- Advanced Excel Spreadsheet (Macro, Power Query)
2. Support and be well-versed in schneider's existing digital tools across the supply chain and logistics processes, as a regional PIC/Key User, such as:
- Planning & Logistics dashboards
- Supply chain E2E control tower tools
- Regional website
- Salesforce
3. Lead and execute regional competency program through analytics, assessments, trainings, recognitions for:
- Employee core competency
- Digital competency
- Soft skills
4. Study and improve existing supply chain & logistics process with LEAN methodology
5. Participate in factory and distribution center audits through Schneider Performance System
6. Manage and advocate project management methodology (PMP/Agile) in the region
7. Support transformation team in various communications and events
8. Support transformation team in various reporting needs
Qualifications
Qualifications
- More than 2 years of relevant working experience, with Bachelor or Master’s degree from accredited Universities nationwide or overseas with strong academic standing;
- Majoring in Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or others;
- Proven leadership ability and project management experience;
- Confident in public speaking and have excellent command of English;
- Creative, love to learn and try new things, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly;
- Competent in Communication, Problem Solving and Collaboration;
- Able to deliver professional presentations;
- Basic knowledge of Business Intelligence tools: Tableau, Power BI;
- Basic knowledge of Robotic Process Automation;
- Basic knowledge of web frontend development;
- Basic knowledge of database: SQL Server/MySQL;
- Digital savvy and knowledge in Kinaxis, SAP, MRP is a strong plus
