Position Overview:

Designs, creates, tests and improves new and existing products, systems and services. Engages cross-functionally with other technical / engineering teams to define product requirements, develop concepts, drive production processes, test prototypes and make real time adjustments to improve performance and functionality. Ensures all systems function according to design, technical specifications and cost targets.

You are responsible for

• Contribute to a multinational micro service-oriented cloud-based project with latest technology stack 
• Determine and utilize best practices in design, coding, testing and maintenance to achieve high quality product
• Apply best practices and experience in development
• Analyze, design, code and implement new functionality 
• Participate in code reviews and feature development planning
• Cooperate with multinational team and suggest decision of implementation 
• Provide direction and coach team member

Must have Qualifications

• At least 9+ years of hands-on experience implementing solutions for integration of on-premises and/or cloud systems, designing, building, and maintaining complex web applications
• Experience with full software development life cycle, continuous integration, unit testing, and version control
• A minimum of 6 years of experience leading and motivating a team of developers.
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, MIS, Mathematics, or related field (MBA or MS degree preferred)
