GISACC is Valeo holding group IS application center in Cairo, where the company's digital transformation is taken to a new level. We aim to build efficient systems that incrementally add value everyday.
Project Manager main mission is to manage set of software applications and to drive them towards success managing various streams from definition, development till proper deployment and support at production environment
Responsibilities
- Facilitate all scrum meetings
- Maintain live and reliable planning (Release/Sprint)
- Provide forecasts for project activities (based on priority and team velocity)
- Ensure product quality and process compliance (as per the self-assessment and quality checklists)
- Ensuring project deadlines are met
- Prepare and monitor project/project team KPIs
- Track and remove project impediments.
- Track project changes
- Monitor project risks and propose/execute mitigation actions
- Monitor project budget
- Report project status in PMC meetings
- Report project team performance KPIs to TLs
- Organize, attend and participate in stakeholder and change committee board meetings
- Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings
- Support in conflict resolution within project team
- Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution
Education/Training
- B.Sc. in Computer Engineering, Communication, or Electronics.
- B.Sc. in Computer Science
Professional Experience
From 5 to 9 years of relevant experience

- Excellent knowledge in Agile Scrum
- High sense of ownership and responsibility
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent follow-up skills

- Well structured and organized
Languages
- English is a must.
- German or French is a plus.
