Position Summary:

Execution of all events in the Region/Territory for all brands , in co-ordination with Regional Marketing Manager. Execution of all the strategic Marketing Pillars for the brands that has been signed off during Annual Business Planning ; support management & execution of brand marketing objectives On time in Full; Creation, planning, execution, recapping and post-evaluation of marketing events and programs, managing athletes and ambassadors leading to integration in core identified platforms like Motor Sports/Action Sports/Gaming & Monster Girls for the Brand . Work closely with commercial team for integration of marketing into key sales initiatives as well as build brand awareness for Monster Energy Portfolio.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Activate & leverage global, national & regional events & properties that fit within established local market business plan -Leverage local sampling opportunities. Execute events at all levels, including grassroots, for sports & culture that are relevant to Monster Energy & other owned brands relevant to our key targeted consumers. Ensure quality of execution and all branding/ logo use is in adherence as laid out by Regional Marketing Manager & Marketing Director.
  • Entrench yourself & Monster Energy Portfolio in the local sport & culture scenarios relevant to key targeted consumers. Support Regional Marketing Manager to maintain on-going relationships with with local network of opinion leaders/Athletes in your region and drive execution of key deliverables from these Athletes via yourself & agencies.
  • Own the Monster & Predator Annual Sampling Program by guiding the sampling MAT/CAT teams for your respective region to Carry out large/Medium scale event based product sampling operations. Manage these sampling effectively and ensure optimum output for your region converting into right consumer recruitment into the brand. Monthly post evaluation with reporting of all sampling activations through MAT/CAT teams.
  • Support Regional Marketing Manager in execution of Annual Business planning (ABP) for your region with monthly reporting of Plan vs Actual. Take full accountability of the Annual Business plan in your region for On time in full delivery.
  • Identify & execute relevant promotional opportunities to increase brand presence leading to recruitment. Manage Promotional items inventory & logistics to maximize brands’ exposure. Work directly with Trade Marketing Manager to determine what premium items are relevant to your respective markets , which could be utilised to drive brand imagery/recrutiment during events. Determine volumes for each city and make sure we meet our quarterly deadlines.

Job Requirements:

  • More than 5 years of experience in Marketing position.
  • More than 5 years of experience in CPG Industry.
  • Bachelor Degree in Business or Marketing.
  • Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel MS Word, and Outlook.
  • Fluent English. Clean driving record.
