We’re seeking a QA Manager with experience in managing people and technical background for an exciting and challenging position!

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Netanya.
Responsibilities
- Manage an engineering teams of over 50 engineers, including responsibility for work force, financial and delivery processes.
- Recruit, train and manage engineers and team Leaders, .
- Manage client relations and expectations.
- Build and maintain relations with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Develop new activities, business opportunities and expand the group's footprint and responsibility.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of Senior Manager/Operation Manager/Delivery Manager (Can be military experience) - must
- Managing operation consisting at least 20 employees - must
- Experience as team leader and senior manager - must
- Technical background - must
- Understanding or hands-on experience in QA/Testing and engineering service companies - advantage
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills, written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with personnel recruitment and training processes
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Strong leadership and change management skills
