Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager – One G Reporting IT SME 

Responsibilities: 

• Take ownership of the delivering of HR or finance reports post workday migration. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business, functions, and workday partner to understand their reporting requirements. 
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of the BI reporting concepts, participate in the design and solutioning. 
• Strategize the report development plan in accordance with other upstream work timelines. 
• Execute the implementation of report development plan as per agreed timelines. 
• Proactively analyze and identify the risks/issues, co-ordinate with different stakeholders and ensure issues are resolved and risks are mitigated. 

Qualifications we seek in you. 

Minimum Qualifications 

• Degree/PG In STEM, relevant experience in IT delivery. 
• Extensive Experience in Oracle ERP with strong foundation in Data, Integration and ETL Process 
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and effectively managing stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle. 
• Proven track record of successful end-to-end implementation projects, including design, configuration, data migration, integration, reporting and deployment. 
• Hands on experience in Agile software Delivery. 
• Hands on Experience in Analytical reporting and BI Dashboards using Power BI Tool 
• Excellent communication skills 
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills. 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience in Workday Reporting is an added advantage. 
• Ability to work Independently with minimal supervision.
