As a Lead Application Developer, you'll be responsible for the development of high-level applications using Java and .Net Framework. You will also provide technical support to other members of the team by helping them troubleshoot issues with their application software. You should have experience developing web based applications that use JavaScript, JQuery and HTML5 technologies.

Requirements

1. Design, develop, and deploy programs from program specifications
2. Construct and implement application program
3. Construct/develop programs including coding, testing and debugging
4. Ensure documentation of code/classes
5. Designing application prototypes
6. Coordinates application plans with the development team or client
7. Adhere to WCG Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and application lifecycle management (ALM) methodologies and processes
8. Design, develop and deploy eLearning solutions that meet the department’s needs and optimize efficacy through training and support

Qualifications

1. Tertiary qualification in Computer Science and/or Software Engineering and/or Information Systems and/or Information technology/or related technical certification in an IT field and /or International Data engineering Qualification
2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an application developer working with
3. JavaScript
4. Oracle PL/SQL and/or APEX
5. HTML AND CSS
6. Oracle Database and stored procedures
7. Proficient in source code management applications
