The Project Manager will work with the team to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to set standards. You'll be responsible for project initiation, planning, and scheduling of tasks as well as ensuring deadlines are met. You will also take part in the implementation of any changes made to our IT systems or business processes (including new software) as required by stakeholders. This may include managing technical change requests and training staff members who need it.

Requirements

1. The person in this role is responsible for ensuring the critical technical and non-technical objectives of the projects are met
2. Manages workflow to ensure project completion and ongoing effectiveness of the product and/or service being provided.
3. Develops project plans, specifications, and specifications documentation to meet project requirements and deliverables.
4. Interacts with the project team as appropriate to facilitate timely delivery of new features/enhancements and maintains ongoing communication and awareness of the project's objectives.
5. Documents changes, test results, implementation of new procedures, and training that should be accomplished during a time period set forth in the contract or scope statement.
6. Conducts detailed risk assessment to determine whether a change is feasible and how it will be implemented.
7. Develops and coordinates the change management process and tools as needed.
8. Employs all project management tools necessary to meet deadlines and complete tasks.

Qualifications

1. 7+ years of experience with a change management project management position preferred.
2. Experience working with large teams and client organizations.
3. Strong organization, time management, and problem-solving skills are essential to this position.
4. Degree or Diploma in IT and P certification
