What you’ll do

• Resource must be able to support a 24X7 support model on a rotation basis.
• Resource must have good communication skills to work across the teams to resolve the issues and provide RCA
• Resource would be responsible for finding and applying On-demand / monthly / quarterly patches.
• Resource would be able to develop, maintain and support existing and new automation scripts for Middleware applications using WLST, Python, Shell or any other supporting scripts.
• Resource would be working on DevOps mindset and being able to collaborate with DevOps team-members. for developing, maintaining and contributing Middleware build, deployment and CI/CD pipelines.
• Resource would be able to monitor and triage issues on proactive manner in place of reactive.
• Resource would be responsible for managing SDLC environments for middleware platforms as well as deploying codes from Test, UAT, Stage and Prod environments.
• Resource would be able to install / upgrade Java JDK on a periodic basis.
• Resource should be able to install & rotate TLS/SSL certificates.
• Resource should work as team players and be able to train new / junior resources. 
• Resource should be able to Lead offshore Middleware Admin team as well as able to work across the technologies.

What experience you need

• Resource must have at least 7+ years hands-on experience in Middleware Technologies & Administration such as Oracle Weblogic , Oracle HTTP Server, Apache Tomcat, nGinX etc.
• Resource must have hands-on experience in developing WLSTs for Weblogic Automation and day to day work using WLST scripts.
• Resource must have hands-on experience in Middleware patching including Weblogic 11g, 12c and 14c and Apache Tomcat etc.
• Resource must have hands-on experience on Weblogic installation in a clustered high level environment.
• Resource must have hands on experience on installing different Fusion Middleware Applications on Weblogic such as BIP, OBIEE, WCI or any Custom J2EE Application etc
• Resource must have very good understanding of EAR/WAR files build / deployment and management
• Resource must have hands on knowledge working on with JMS-Q, AQ, SAF-Q and Agents
• Resource must have hands on knowledge working and resolving Stuck Thread issues and triaging OOM issues using Thread and Heap dumps
• Resource must have good understanding on Garbage Collection and setting up parameters accordingly
• Resource must have hands on experience setting up Single Sign On and Ldap configurations
• Resource must have hands on experience working and managing GitHub Repos
• Resource must have very good understanding on Maven, Pom and Ant Build Tools
• Resource must have hands on experience of installation, configuration and and administration of Oracle Access Manage and Oracle Identity Manager Suite
• Resource must have hands on experience of installation, configuration and and administration of Oracle Hyperion ( EPM ) suite
