  • 确保所有餐饮设备运行状况良好、定时清洁,监督餐厅的服务。
  • 执行恰当的管理库存流程。
  • 确保食品、饮料、库存及设备的安全储存,及时、高效地补充供货,同时降低浪费的情况。
