LMI is currently seeking a Cyber Technical Targeting Support Analyst to support our customer in Northern Virginia. The ideal candidate will have had roles on several project teams which were focused in the areas listed in the Responsibilities section below. TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph is required.

Responsibilities

Candidates should have experience supporting initiatives across IC organizational components, and must possess strong customer, written, and verbal communication skills. Candidates should have direct experience in the skills and capabilities listed below and be able to describe successful client results which flowed from the application of their efforts in these areas:

  • Provide Cyber Technical Targeting expertise and geographic knowledge of the customer's targets
  • Develop operational leads through strong cyber technical analysis and targeting expertise in coordination with other Customer and IC partners
  • Able to exploit unique data collections to develop additional cyber operational leads for consideration
  • Possess familiarity with finished intelligence and raw-intelligence data sets to support Cyber Technical Targeting
  • Leverage advanced analytic skills and tools, and in-depth knowledge of and experience in operational tradecraft, to identify opportunities to initiate or enhance customer mission objectives
  • Provide cyber analytic support to collection programs, various operations, investigative activities, and other Customer analytic requirements.
  • Provide cyber research, evaluation and deconfliction of customer or partner cyber reporting, technical intrusion information, or partner cyber reporting, open-source information and/or other relevant data

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or 6 years of relevant national security customer work experience desired
  • Minimum of 8 years relevant national security customer experience
  • Good people management, communication, attention to detail, and customer service skills
  • Demonstrated on-the-job experience using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
  • Excellent analytic, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Strong writing and briefing skills
  • Familiarity with the customer's report writing standards
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and the ability to effectively follow-through and manage status reporting and scheduling
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with team members and mission partners with minimum supervision
  • Familiarity with a variety of social media communications platforms and cyber network operations
  • Understanding of how to work with large datasets; able to leverage multiple research databases from a variety of collection sources

TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph is required. Applicants selected for this position will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. For this position, LMI will only consider applicants with current security clearances. Please note that only U.S. Citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
