In the car via e.g. apps & updates - and remotely via e.g. mobile app, smart devices & B2B solutions.

Responsibilities;

We are in search of a results-oriented and inventive Project Manager with a strong focus on user engagement and UX/UI principles and data intelligence. The mission of the team will focus on two areas; 1) support and lead the development of our regional ownership applications; 2) leverage data to identify, develop, and implement use cases and applications aimed at delivering performance and efficiency improvements within our organization. As the Project Manager, your chief duty will be to execute the projects seamlessly, keeping timelines in check, ensuring superb communication, and guaranteeing stakeholder satisfaction. By harmonizing cross-functional teams and managing project timelines, you will ensure successful project delivery.

• Engagement-Centric Project Planning & Execution: Drive the planning and execution of the regional ownership application projects with a keen focus on user engagement and UX/UI principles.
• Stakeholder Management: Identify and engage key stakeholders, maintaining transparent communication channels and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• UX/UI Design Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, testers, and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment with user engagement strategies and UX/UI design principles.
• Project Monitoring & Reporting: Develop project tracking mechanisms to monitor progress, identify discrepancies, and regularly report status to stakeholders.
• Together with the data analyst, Use Case Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders, to identify and define use cases that can lead to performance enhancements and efficiency gains, such as optimizing fuel consumption, improving vehicle maintenance processes, or streamlining supply chain operations.
• Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with various internal teams to understand their specific requirements, effectively communicate findings, and provide support in implementing data-driven solutions.
• Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of learning and improvement by facilitating project retrospectives, capturing lessons learned, and identifying opportunities for process enhancement.

Background and Experience:

• Project Management & UX/UI Expertise: Proven success in managing intricate projects with a significant emphasis on UX/UI and driving user engagement, ideally within the technology sector.
• Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Leadership Abilities: Leadership and decision-making capabilities, inspiring cross-functional teams to meet project goals.
• Stakeholder Management: Expertise in managing diverse stakeholder groups and meeting their needs throughout the project lifecycle.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical abilities, with the ability to foresee issues, propose solutions, and make data-driven decisions.
• Technical Acumen: A solid understanding of application development processes, software development methodologies, and agile project management frameworks.
• Detail Orientation: Meticulous attention to detail in project planning, documentation, and quality assurance.
• Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration is preferred.
