Responsibilities;

We are in search of a results-oriented and inventive Project Manage to lead the development of Services across the Nissan AMIEO Region. As Project Manager, your chief duty will be to execute the project seamlessly, keeping timelines in check, ensuring superb communication, and guaranteeing stakeholder satisfaction. By harmonizing cross-functional teams around the world and managing project timelines.

  • Project Planning & Execution: Drive the planning and execution of the regional ownership application project with a keen focus on user engagement and UX/UI principles.
  • Stakeholder Management: Identify and engage key stakeholders, maintaining transparent communication channels and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Resource Management: Ensure optimal resource allocation, striving for efficiency and effectiveness to meet project goals and timelines.
  • Proactive Risk & Issue Management: Anticipate and mitigate project risks, addressing challenges head-on to minimize impact on project progress and results.
  • Project Monitoring & Reporting: Develop project tracking mechanisms to monitor progress, identify discrepancies, and regularly report status to stakeholders.
  • Change Management: Manage alterations in project scope, schedule, or resources adeptly, evaluating impacts, communicating changes, and implementing corrective measures.
  • Documentation Management: Maintain extensive project documentation, including project plans, requirements, specifications, change logs, and more.
  • Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of learning and improvement by facilitating project retrospectives, capturing lessons learned, and identifying opportunities for process enhancement.

Background and Experience:

  • Project Management: Proven success in managing intricate projects with a significant emphasis on services, ideally within the technology sector.
  • Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Management: Expertise in managing diverse stakeholder groups and meeting their needs throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Adaptability: A knack for thriving in a dynamic environment, managing shifting priorities, and maintaining project flexibility.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical abilities, with the ability to foresee issues, propose solutions, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Time & Resource Management: Proficiency in managing project timelines, resources, and budgets for efficient project delivery.
  • Technical Acumen: An understanding of application development processes, software development methodologies, and agile project management frameworks.
  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration is preferred.
