Job Description

Day-to-day support and administer IT workplace service(ITFM computer, MPS printer, IT spare parts).
Provide IT basic consulting service to internal customer in office area
Involved in daily user incident(e.g. computer, os, software), request and problem management.
Support in local small IT activities or central rollout projects in scope of CI/PFP2-CE.
Interface between local users and central departments for different infrastructure topics as servers (virtual and physical), storage, DBs, routers, switches, Access Points etc.
React to IT incident on IT Infrastructure, and support investigation, measures and prevention.
Work with plant IT in Manufacturing representive (Local-ITM) in term of IT in Manufacturing activities.

应对IT基础设施的故障事件，并支持调查、措施和预防。

与生产区域IT部门合作，支持生产区域IT业务。

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (information technology preferred)
5+ years IT relevant working experience.
Experience in LAN implementation and administration of switches, routers, firewalls, servers and DB.
Experience with ITIL-Processes (Incident, Problem, Change and Configuration Management)
Highly motivated, target oriented and able to work independently
Strong communication and presentation skills
Good in English writing and speaking.
Project management experience is a plus
Cisco CCNA certifications is a plus.
Coding (RPA, Python, etc) skill is a plus.

5年以上IT相关工作经验。
具有局域网实施和管理交换机、路由器、防火墙、服务器和数据库的经验。
熟悉ITIL 流程（事件管理、问题管理、变更管理和配置管理）
积极主动、目标明确且能够独立工作
较强的沟通和表达能力
良好的英语写作和口语能力。
项目管理经验优先
思科CCNA认证优先。
编码（RPA、Python等）技能优先。
