Description

The Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) Program Coordinator will partner with the Associate Director of Diversity Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility to identify, plan, develop and implement a variety of programs and projects in fulfilling the organization�s mission in a truly intersectional and inclusive way. The DEIA Coordinator is responsible for development, oversight and coordination of all programmatic matters relating to the day-to-day activities of DEIA at FCCC, including supporting equitable research projects at FCCC, coordinating communications and outreach to the DEIA Council and its sub committees, assisting with internal and external DEIA activities, and providing support to the FCCC Associate Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Accessibility.

Education

Masters Degree : MPH or related field (Required)

Doctorate Degree (Preferred)

Experience

General experience with health disparities/equity research (Required)

General Experience in program coordination and administration (Required)

Previous experience working within underrepresented/marginalized communities (Preferred)
