We are seeking for an experienced Cloud DevOps Manager [Azure Cloud DevSecOps Manager] to join our team.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• Successful 2 to 3 years of experience as a Cloud/DevSecOps Solution Manager in Azure Public Cloud/DevSecOps
• Successful 5 years of experience as a PM/Scrum Master role on a scrum team
• Ability to work with, lead, and manage a specialist-based, high-performing, virtual, and multi-cultural team
• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills
• Capability in project planning & monitoring activities and strategic approaches
• Ability to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict
• Knowledgeable in Agile and scrum techniques to fill in gaps in the scrum
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment
• Self-motivated and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction
• Leadership capability to drive and motivate team
• Ability to have good working relation with colleagues within the organization and also with vendors, service providers, and other 3rd party entities

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Responsible to manage Azure Cloud/DevSecOps Platform Team in Express HR domain
• Ensures that Azure Platform Team Priorities are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high-quality standards, and meet customer/stakeholder expectations
• As a Azure Platform Administrator responsible for Azure Basic/Connect Architecture Review/Support, Azure Cloud Resources Provisioning, DevSecOps Tools Setup/Support, Managing/Monitoring/Reporting of Services/Cost/Security etc
• Work with Development/DevSecOps/Operations teams to ensure quality deliverables, resolve conflicts, improve their skills and identify growth and leadership opportunities
• Manage the Azure Basic/Connect subscriptions governance (Cost/RBAC/Security)
• Collaborate with BUIT Stakeholders, Platform Team Members, ITS and External Vendors and partners to secure deliverables
• Communicate effectively through strong written and oral communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Leads Azure Platform scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices (planning, implementation, review, retrospective)
• Helps the product owner and Azure Platform team to achieve the team’s goal
• Leads the scrum and development teams in self-organization, including cross-functional relations
• Identify and facilitate all opportunities for automation
• Drive problem-management and continuous improvements
• Removes impediments and coaches the scrum team on removing impediments
• Resolves conflicts and issues that occur
• Helps the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity
• Supports the product owner where needed
• Monitor/tracking of team activities/tasks until delivery/closure
• Identifies & mitigates potential risks and challenges
• Helps define and implement project governance and standards
• Regularly communicates to stakeholders, product owner, and scrum team on project status and relevant information
• Active community contributor and presenter.
