About the role:
The Application Support Analyst will be part of a IT - Platform & Technical Support team enabling DHL Parcel UK IT to release and support new feature sets to the organisation at pace, in a reliable and scalable manner. The Application Support Analyst will provide high quality 3rd and 4th line application support to DHL‘s customers, partners, suppliers and internal business functions.
The Application Support Analyst will provide expertise in areas of application/software fixes, troubleshooting, deployments, support, and documentation of standards and procedures for the administration and maintenance of all supported applications deployed On-Prem or Cloud.
You will also trouble shoot, solve, and respond to incidents/faults logged for applications and application platforms to agreed SLAs and KPIs.
