Platform Lead Architecture & Cloud (SAP S/4HANA) in Finance Systems Transformation (f/m/x)

Who are we?

The new department 602 Finance Systems Transformation is responsible for overall program governance & execution of the SHAPE+ Program, a cross-divisional Finance ERP Platform transformation program, reporting to our Group CFO. SHAPE+ aims at driving standardization and automation of core Accounting and Cost Accounting processes as well as master data management for Post & Parcel, DHL Express, DHL eCommerce & Group Functions through the implementation of a new Finance ERP platform with respective system consolidations.

Our vision is to have the most advanced, most efficient and innovative Finance ERP platform established that supports capabilities like continuous accounting as well as real-time data processing & analytics.

As Platform Lead Architecture & Cloud, your main tasks would include:

• Delivering innovative Finance & Controlling platform solutions with your excellence expertise in S/4HANA core extensibility (RAP, ABAP, CDS views, …), SAP Business Technology Platform (incl. CAP) and SAP BUILD
• With your extensive know-how in SAP Architecture (S/4HANA & Business Technology Platform) you are leading the architectural platform & technical solution designs as well as further shape our next generation SAP S/4HANA Finance system
• Based on your excellent project management skills your are managing our technical experts
• Moving to cloud-ready architecture and extensions must be fostered including further assessing & adopting SAP cloud capabilities (Business Technology Platform) as well as SAP low-code technology (SAP BUILD)
• Continuously evolving our platform architecture & extensibility guidelines especially the move to cloud-ready architecture and extensions
• Ensuring quality of our technical extensions and being instrumental to support technical solution designs of complex initiatives

A must? University Degree in Business Informatics (or similar), superior English skills (German a plus) and relocating to the Bonn/Cologne area if necessary.
