Corporate Internal Audit of DHL Group performs worldwide audits across all business units and supporting functions, e.g. Finance, IT, Compliance of the group. We provide independent and objective auditing services and audit related consulting services with regard to compliance requirements for the Board and Senior Management. Our employees are located in Bonn, Prague, Plantation, Singapore and Kuala Lumpur and finalized more than 300 audits in 2022.

Your tasks as Internal Auditor - IT 

• Execute process and risk based audit assignments in all areas of information technology of DHL Group, including 
• Prepare and support high quality audit preparation
• Develop audit programs and methodologies
• Prepare and participate in opening and closing meetings
• Conduct interviews, perform audit testing and data analysis
• Collect, analyze and document audit results based on audit programs
• Deliver high quality audit results and reports
• Contribute to the development and implementation of principles, standards and methods, audit work programs for the IT audit function
• Build solid relationships with key stakeholders associated with the business entity to be audited

Your profile

• University degree in information technology, business administration or comparable qualification 
• 1-2 years of professional experience in an audit function or an IT function e.g. public certified audit company, an IT internal audit function or IT consultancy
• Ideally qualification as CISA (ISACA), CIA (IIA/DIIR) or equivalent
• Basic knowledge in the area of information technology and IT systems (e.g. networks, operating systems, databases). Experience in IT Security is an advantage.
• Good knowledge in IT processes and / or business processes (e.g. IT Security or Service Continuity Management, ITIL Service Management, COBIT)
• Very good English language skills (written and oral), German language skills are a plus
• Distinct analytical and conceptual abilities with a high personal responsibility and high degree of integrity
• Ability to work under pressure and in a demanding environment with rapid apprehension and very good communication and negotiation skills
• High flexibility and willingness for business travel in Europe and in exceptional cases worldwide
