DHL Cross-Border Solutions is part of DHL eCommerce Solutions, the newest member of the DPDHL family. Our mission is to become a European leader in cross-border parcel delivery by developing customized shipping solutions for international eCommerce customers. To adapt processes and workstreams to the rapid business growth of the last 2 years, our most important goal is to integrate Business Intelligence into all our business processes. We are therefore looking for additional support in our team.

Your tasks:  

• As a Business Intelligence/Data Analyst you will turn raw business data into critical and coordinated information and knowledge that can be used to make sound business decisions.
• You will be responsible for creating automated visual dashboards in Power BI/Tableau, building data visualization reports and tools, analyzing and validating data to guarantee quality and reliable insights and if will need it, solving data/reporting issues.
• Deliver on high-complexity projects that involve collaboration with multiple international stakeholders from all business functions and countries across Europe to define, set up and maintain monitoring and steering tools, continuously improve processes, and support implementing those.
• Support collecting reporting requirements and organize BI training with CBS countries and business functions.
• Contribute to the overall business intelligence strategy and monitor stakeholders’/countries’ efforts to fall in line with the overall strategy.
• Establish strong relations with and report to the country managing directors and the central Senior Management Team.

Your profile:  

• Multiple years of experience with Power BI or other relevant Data Analysis tools.
• Preferably first experience in BI and analytics-related projects.
• Hands-on experience with Reporting, dashboard development and modeling.
• Proficient in Data Science Projects, Machine-Learning Models, knowledge of Python is a plus.
• High analytical skills.
• Flexible and able to work on several projects at the same time while setting the right priorities.
• Fluent English is a must, German or any other European language is a plus.
