Your Responsibilities: 

• Implement IT Projects following global policy, methodologies, and standards.
• Deliver complex IT security projects and initiatives for information and system security.
• Oversee testing and implementation of new software solutions to ensure compliance and minimize security risks.
• Manage technical communication with DHL and suppliers on Information security and infrastructure.
• Build strong working relationships with in-country IT and Suppliers.
• Contribute to the effective usage of ITS services and solutions, manage Steering Group Meetings, and build strong working relationships with key project stakeholders.

What do we need from you?

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in matrix management teams in a project environment, preferably in IT Project Management within a client-service organization.
• University Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Science, Business Administration, or equivalent years of specific experience. 
• Professional project/programme management certification, technical certifications such as ITIL or CMMI are desired
• Sound technical knowledge of Telecommunications, PCs/Windows, RF scanners, and printer.
• Technical knowledge of infrastructure components, including End User Computing, Servers, and Networks.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and demonstrated leadership in project process and planning activities.
