Your tasks

Become part of our Sustainability Strategy team and gain unique insights into the sustainability activities of the leading international logistics company. As a member of our Sustainability Strategy team, you will play a pivotal role in steering and supporting the implementation of our DHL Group Sustainability Roadmap. You'll collaborate closely with various internal and external stakeholders, conduct strategic research and analyses, and actively assist in the conception of sustainability initiatives. Our team emphasizes a collaborative and supportive environment, fostering teamwork and providing the chance to learn from dedicated professionals.

Your profile

• Completed bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a master’s degree in business administration, economics, sustainability, or a related field
• Prior experience in consulting or a similar area is of advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Analytical and structured approach to problem-solving; able to work independently; capable of explaining complex concepts clearly
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with an open and engaging approach
• Highly dedicated, loyal, enthusiastic, open-minded, and ready to contribute to a diverse, international team
