We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance and Controlling Manager to join our dynamic team at IT Services within DHL Group.

Job Purpose:

In this critical role, you'll be at the forefront of influencing, shaping, and leading the implementation of our financial and non-financial strategies. You'll work closely with the management team, advising on strategic direction, and aligning our initiatives with business objectives, Group standards, and regulatory requirements. Your leadership will be instrumental in ensuring the success of our departmental financial management and contributing to the ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) agenda.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial management of multiple departments, including month-end closure, forecasting, and budgeting of respective departments.
• Member of respective departmental Management Teams, presenting financial insights and steering business decisions, safeguarding departmental gross profit through constructive challenge and support, advising on opportunities to maximize value 
• Ad-hod reviews, analyses, review of existing processes with focus on streamlining and automation, continuous improvement
• ESG controlling and reporting, driving data quality assurance, and supporting sustainability projects.
• Maintain and develop SAP Insight CA, ensuring data quality, consistency, and alignment with controlling systems.
• Implementation of S/4 Hana system within IT Services from controlling end, change requests and related UAT testing, systems / processes improvement and standardization initiatives
• Oversee HR KPIs data reconciliation and alignment for hiring reviews.
• Act as a proactive member of the Finance Management Team, driving priorities and the strategic agenda while fostering the growth of your team.

You should have: 

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or equivalent qualification.
• More than 8 years' experience in Controlling and/or Finance Management roles.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams.
• Strong cross-functional, cross-divisional, and cross-cultural leadership skills.
• Adept at both big-picture strategic thinking and deep detail process management.
• Proven ability to navigate complex problems, manage stakeholders, and drive change effectively.
