  • Educate, train, and manage new countries in pricing within the DHL Fulfillment Network product.
  • Identify improvement needs within the Pricing tool and provide expert advice and recommendations for pricing decisions.
  • Support the Sales team in acquiring new DHL Fulfillment Network customers by analyzing the competitive landscape, determining sensible EBIT margin per customer, and balancing profitability with customer willingness to pay.
  • Consult and support the Sales team during the pricing process and raise improvement ideas for tools and processes.
  • Execute minor adaptations of the standard pricing for local needs in exceptional cases.
  • Actively monitor actual gross profit (GP) results per customer across all EMEA countries, alerting the team and sites when profitability falls below the target level.
  • Proactively engage with sites to analyze below-target profit levels, establish and follow a strict standard process for resolution, and channel learnings back into the pricing team for future improvements.

What do we need from you?

  • Experience working with and respecting multiple cultures.
  • Demonstrable continuous professional development.
  • Strong internal drive and resilience.
