Description

AXA needs simple and secure access for its employees and users to improve customer experience and productivity, as well as security in a tech-led dynamic:

• Improve security by reducing the attack surface as well as the complexity of identity and access management to:

›Simplify the overall security administration (single IDs),

›Simplify AXA transformation (simplify group asset deployment),

›Increase the capacity to control and secure the identity (simplify employees and supplier lifecycle management).

• Improve compliance capabilities providing controls over who can access user data and how the data is used and shared, including the enforcement of user consent.
• Boost efficiency reducing cost and waste resulting from poor identity management and additional Identity Management program costs.
• Improve employee experience, especially application accesses experience, as well as simplifying move process and supporting remote working, BYOD policies and round-the-clock performance.

General job description:

Within the One Identity Program, The AD (Active Directory) convergence stream leader will take the lead on the stream activities :

• Planning and monitoring of the AD decommissioning roadmap
• Management of the prerequisites
• Management and synchronization of all stakeholders
• Review of the Business Case

Duties and responsibilities:

• Tracking of activities and progress of the different sub-streams of AD Convergence
• AD decommission roadmap planning with regular reviews and updates
• AXA GO and entities stakeholder engagement for synchronisation of migration/AD cleaning/AD decom activities
• Preparation of weekly project meetings and monthly SteerCo
• Project budget planning with regular reviews
• Regular project reporting to One ID Program Director and AD Product Manager

Qualifications

• Senior level experience in Project Management
• At least basic technical understanding of Active Directory as a technology
• Previous working experience in global environments
• Optional: Previous experience in AD consolidation/decommissioning project(s)
