Job Description:

• Supervise and facilitate Livestream Key Account Management across all strategic tactics, action and executional matters, most efficiently for sales generation and fostering trustful relationship with potential sellers
• Workload & resource management for seller live acquisition and retention purpose; allocate and utilize budget, PRM, manpower and visibility assets across campaigns, packages and initiatives, to maximize success
• Project management across all initiatives essential to seller’s streaming performance, retention and growth; mechanic planning, smooth working process setup, performance tracking and evaluation
• Proactively identify new opportunities, manage, and maximize growth opportunities for streaming package and asset monetization; package creation, revenue monitoring, PnL tracking & optimization
• Cross-functional coordination (MKT/BD/CMI/OPS); direction discussion and alignment, project co-creation, development and optimization

Requirements:

• Has prior and solid experience in Account and Project Management or Business Development
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• High analytical ability, logical thinking and strong problem solving skills
• Exemplary organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines
• An independent, self-starter with a positive can-do attitude
• Teamwork and collaborative relationships with stakeholders at any level
