We’re growing our nationwide footprint of approximately 35,000 entertainment kiosks, serving 40 million customers, and creating a multi-platform, multi-product entertainment experience. We’re expanding our service business and are looking for Field Service Technicians to service and repair kiosks for Redbox and other big-name lines in the automated retail Kiosk business.

Our team of Field Service Technicians are dedicated to providing exceptional hands-on support services for our national and international clients in the automated retail kiosk business. If you're someone who enjoys working independently and wants to make a meaningful impact, the role of Field Service Technician might be just what you're looking for. As a partner with your manager, you'll be responsible for providing technical field service support for our growing list of clients kiosks along with our own Redbox kiosks, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible care and that our company goals are met. You'll be working under the direction of your supervisor, handling a range of different priorities from break-fix to projects. Every day will be different, making for an exciting and dynamic work environment.
