Job Purpose: 

The Program manager is responsible for the daily contact with the customer, managing the customer required reports and optimization of the assigned program.

The program manager is involved in internal and external processes and needs to be in daily contact with the teams responsible for the ETE process including Global Team, Finance, Procurement, Logistics, Sales, Compliance, Tax , HR, Operations, Customers, Vendors and any 3rd parties applicable to the mission.

Understanding the whole chain is important so that the Program Manager can coordinate it effectively and liaise with internal organization and the customers.

The Program manager is member of the Roadmap Team and reports to the Regional Leader or Operations Director.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the relationship with the assigned customers and vendors
  • Responsible for the introduction of new products or services to existing or new customers
  • Take ownership of program development, planning and execution
  • Gathers all necessary information in order to be able to reply to customer in time
  • Manage program risks
  • Provide quick resolution for problems and roadblocks
  • Monitor Project health and step in when a project goes off-track
  • Provide quick resolutions for project issues
  • Optimize performance across the program value chain applying continual improvement best practices
  • Ensure that the program integrates with the required processes organization-world wide
  • Develop and maintain a program schedule with milestones
  • Supporting and executing on the budget plan for the program including cost optimization
  • Manage program communication
  • Coordinate and manage program meetings
  • Strengthen relationship with executives, customers and key staff
  • Ensuring appropriate reporting is provided in a timely manner.
