Sales and Design Consultant Budget Blinds of Flower Mound & Grapevine. Full-time, Commission 

Job Summary 

• Window Covering Sales Consultant Growing company is seeking a high performer to join our team. Budget Blinds of Flower Mound & Grapevine is seeking a qualified, window coverings sales consultant for a full-time position (40+ hours a week). 

Responsibilities and Duties 

We are looking for a sales consultant who can:

• Sell and explain different product lines of window coverings. Understand and explain window covering features and benefits. 
• Accurately measure and explain mounting of products. 
• Efficiently communicate with customers and follow through the sales process. 
• Ability to understand and use computer programs for quoting and e-mailing customers. 
• Someone who is on time, very organized and detailed oriented. 

Qualifications and Skills Sales Consultant Skills, Abilities, and/or Experience that make a successful candidate: 

• Prior sales experience and understanding of the sales process. 
• Self-directed and able to work independently and work as a valuable team player. 
• Friendly, courteous, pleasant with all types of people. 
• Ability to learn and handle new technology as introduced to the window covering industry. 
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Above average telephone, written and verbal communication skills are critical.
• Current and valid driver's license. Punctual and dependable. Ability to pass a background check. 
• Ability to lift a maximum of 50 pounds and can climb up and down ladders. 
• High school diploma or equivalent completed education level.

Compensation: $1,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
