Job Description

We are currently looking for a Documentation Control Administrator / Engineering Project Assistant to support the daily operations of our Engineering Department. Job duties include processing tasks in the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software, as well as performing various project support tasks within the Engineering organization.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of administrative experience ideally in an engineering/manufacturing environment.
  • Some experience in documentation handling is a plus.
  • General proficiency using Microsoft Office 365 tools.
  • Familiarity with Windows files management (downloads, uploads, saving, renaming testing, etc.)
  • Detail oriented and ability to self-manage.
  • Familiarity with Documentation control, Change management, Material and Resource Planning Principles.
  • Familiarity with Regulations such as RoHS or Export Control is a plus.

  • Data entry
  • Documentation Integrity
  • Database management
  • Enforce change management rules
  • Coordinate with outside Suppliers
  • Work with Engineering and Operations team members across the entire division
  • Stakeholder management
  • Perform Project Coordination Tasks under direction from Engineering Management

Work with Managers to generate/revise policy and procedure documents
