At CooperSurgical we are currently looking to recruit an Executive Assistance and Admin Coordinator. You will be part of APAC team, working with international administrative team & senior level management, with primary responsibility of assisting VP fertility solutions APAC and administrative/office support. The position is office based and the candidate must be eligible to work in Singapore.

Position

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level independent administrative/HR/functional support to executives or senior-level management within the organization. This requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing calendars, coordinating meetings, managing travel and itineraries, , managing data, composing correspondence, tracking expenditures and handling various administrative and functional tasks.

You are an apt user in ERP- systems and Microsoft suites. You will be expected to generate reports, analyse date and prepare presentations material. You will oversee maintaining employers’ records of all kinds, while assist in varies HR administrative task from documentation, filling to onboarding/off-boarding and a like.

We are in other words looking for the administrative “octopus” with an eye for details, a systematic work approach and a service mindset. This role is hands-on and focuses on daily operations, which you see as a benefit to ensure excellent service while securing accurate data.

  • Facility Management and Office Administration
  • Administrative & HR Support
  • +5 years from personal or executive assistant/administrative job in an international company
  • Great flair for IT systems
  • Structured, can prioritize and methodical 
  • Good organisational skills
  • Proactive, can- do attitude
  • Experienced in Excel and working knowledge of other Microsoft Office products incl. ERP
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) is mandatory
