Job Description

Part-Time Position

  • 20-30 hours per week

Essential Duties

  • Develop and direct dynamic, engaging and visually appealing content for the department’s social media channels, including the creation and implementation of yearly social media strategies and plans;
  • Capture and edit photography, as needed;
  • Produce graphics and video, as needed, to support content efforts that will be expected to grow the visibility and brand for Stevens Athletics;
  • Design and create graphic templates for sport specific digital media purposes;
  • Work together with the department to provide oversight and strategic direction of all videography and graphic design endeavors including, features, team media shoots, interviews and more;
  • Oversee the organization and archival of department media and video assets;
  • Mentor and hire student workers to assist with digital needs; 

Required Skills

  • Proven knowledge of shooting, editing, and producing video and photos through industry-standard software;
  • Proficiency in content creation for social media strategies and implementation across platforms;
  • Proficiency with all Adobe Creative Suite offerings or similar software.
