We are seeking a talented Developer to join our Ecommerce team. In this role, you will work closely with the product, architects, and other cross-functional engineering teams to contribute to the development and enhancement of ZoomInfo's Ecommerce capabilities. We are looking for a skilled developer with experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, and payment processing. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Engineering Lead/Architect and other team members to understand the requirements and contribute to the development of ZoomInfo's Ecommerce platform.
• Develop and maintain scalable and high-quality code in Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Experience Cloud to implement new features and enhance existing functionality.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and optimization of performance.
• Collaborate with the QA team to develop and execute comprehensive testing plans, including functional, regression, and performance testing, to ensure the reliability and quality of the Ecommerce platform.
• Assist in integrating payment processing solutions and third-party APIs into the Ecommerce platform, ensuring a seamless and secure payment experience for customers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs, collaborating with the team to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and advancements in Ecommerce and Salesforce technologies, sharing knowledge and insights with the team to drive continuous improvement.
• Contribute to the documentation of technical specifications, system architecture, and development processes to ensure clarity and consistency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and business stakeholders, to understand requirements, provide technical insights, and contribute to solution design.
• Stay organized and manage priorities effectively to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality work.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant work experience may substitute for a degree.
• 3+ years of experience as a software developer, with a focus on Ecommerce development using Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, or similar platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (formerly CloudCraze) and Experience Cloud development, including customizing storefronts, implementing new features, and optimizing performance.
• Experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• Familiarity with CPQ processes.
• Experience integrating payment processing solutions, such as payment gateways, PCI compliance, and secure transaction handling.
• Solid understanding of software development best practices, including version control, testing methodologies, and deployment strategies.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and propose effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with cross-functional stakeholders.

Preferred:

• Experience with test automation tooling and frameworks
• Familiarity with integration frameworks (eg Mulesoft) and service oriented architecture
