Position:
We are looking for a Senior Customer Success Engineer with international experience to join and help our Backend Team at Musixmatch. As a Customer Support Engineer you will contribute to the creation of the infrastructure and the tools for ensuring the best support to our clients and users. You will act as a bridge between our Sales and Tech teams, educating customers, identifying needs and enabling customers to set up our solutions to achieve their specific business objectives. You will build up, maintain, and grow long-lasting loyalty between Musixmatch and our customers.
What you will do:
Manage relationships with our customers, providing technical guidance and technical training;
Provide pre-sales engineering assistance to potential new customers and onboarding sessions for new ones;
Liaise between customers and our internal teams in order to provide the best technical support and experience;
Handle inquiries and questions from customers regarding the use of our products, while proactively investigating the integration level;
Develop and monitor performance indicators for customers, manage tracking tools and compile reports.
Requirements:
5 years of experience in technical account management or quality assurance;
Computer Science degree or equivalent;
Software engineering background;
Deep understanding of databases and data protection principles;
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; ability to deliver complex information to customers in a clear and concise way;
Fluent in English.
Nice to have:
Good comprehension of continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD) concepts
