ZoomInfo is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Architect with expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (CloudCraze), Experience Cloud, CPQ, and payment processing. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in building out ZoomInfo's Ecommerce & Self-Service roadmap, leveraging their technical expertise and leadership skills to drive the successful implementation of self-service capabilities. This role requires a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and its various components, along with a proven track record in architecting and delivering Ecommerce solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the architecture and implementation of ZoomInfo's Ecommerce roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Technology, product management, design, and business stakeholders, to define requirements and create technical solutions that meet the needs of the Ecommerce roadmap.
  • Architect, design, and oversee the development of scalable and extensible Ecommerce solutions using Salesforce Commerce Cloud (CloudCraze), Experience Cloud, and CPQ.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams, driving best practices, code reviews, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors and integration partners to integrate payment processing, tax, and identity solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards and data protection regulations throughout the development process.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to develop testing strategies and ensure the delivery of high-quality Ecommerce solutions.
  • Conduct performance tuning, code optimization, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and scalability of the Ecommerce platform.
  • Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends and best practices related to Ecommerce, Salesforce technologies, and payment processing, and proactively apply this knowledge to improve ZoomInfo's Ecommerce roadmap.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience as an Engineering Lead or Architect, with a focus on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (CloudCraze), Experience Cloud, CPQ, and payment processing.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (CloudCraze) and Experience Cloud, including hands-on experience with site development, data modeling, and customization using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and VisualForce.
  • Proven experience in architecting and delivering complex, scalable Ecommerce solutions using Salesforce technologies. In-depth knowledge of CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) processes and implementations within Salesforce.
  • Extensive experience with payment processing and tax integrations, including payment gateways, PCI compliance, and secure transaction handling.
  • Solid understanding of software development best practices, including version control, code reviews, testing methodologies, and deployment strategies.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence technical decisions.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and provide innovative solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce certifications related to Commerce Cloud (CloudCraze), Experience Cloud, and CPQ.
  • Experience with distributed microservices development.
  • Familiarity with other Salesforce products, such as Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Experience with other Ecommerce platforms or frameworks.
  • Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD pipelines.

The US base salary range for this position is $159,840.00 - $199,800.00 + bonus + equity + benefits.
