1. Installation & commissioning of Different SDH & DWDM. 2. Fault finding of SDH and ISP if occurs and then resolve it. 3. Produce report of the fault and other data to the reporting. 4. Installation of new NLD site. 5. Fault finding of NLD and resolve. 6. Checking and resolve the External and internal alarm of NLD site. 7. Acceptance test of NLD site with microwave at the time of handover. 8. Maintaining of all the data record for the future reference. 9. Working experience in ISP. 10. All kind of database activity related with Network. 11. Raising CID’s for Planned Outages and take it to closure. 12. Follow up with Work Orders i.e. related to customer demand. 13. Follow up field team for any kind of fault occurred and co-ordinate with themselves for faster resolution. 14. Working knowledge with any kind of ECI, NORTEL, Alcatel, and Huawei Equipment i.e. from I &C to fault restoration. 15. Good communications with all the team members. 16. Good Liaoning with Vendors. 17. Maintaining good relations with all the seniors, colleagues and Sub-ordinates. 18. Providing as much as support to the field team members as well as trained them whenever needed. 19. Maintain NLD Switches. 20.FTTH RSU maintenance in operation 21.FTTH ONT installation and provision and migration of traffic. 22.5G/4G technology migration on FTTH boxes 23. RA provision with network VLAN and services traffic .
