Team Introduction:
The Global Payments middle platform product line is to provide unified payment solutions for all our international product lines, such as TikTok, Helo, games, education, etc.
Our team dives into the quality and efficiency problems under the Global Payments product line, and continually solves quality and efficiency problems to ensure that Global Payments provides a highly reliable and stable service for our international products.
You will be responsible for the quality assurance of the Global Payments compliance/risk product line, and ensure this middle platform provides a stable and reliable service for upstream business from business and technology dimensions.
Responsibilities
1. Be responsible for playing a key role in executing a comprehensive, risk-based testing program to assess risks, business controls, and regulatory obligation adherence. A team of testing professionals focusing on Anti-Money Laundering, Consumer Practices, Compliance, Operational Risk
2. Create and maintain regular reporting of testing results to provide transparency to the compliance risks
3. Continuously track online and offline faults, and draw some improvement measures such as monitoring optimization, test plan improvement, etc.;
4. Excellent problem solving skills and closely collaborated with global teams and adopted flexible working hours
5. Knowledge of quality assurance technological development trends, and able to pivot quickly and apply these technologies.
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related technical discipline;
2. 6+ years of years of related experience in compliance, operational risk management (includes audit, legal, credit risk, market risk, or the management of a process or business with accountability for compliance or operational risk).
3. Understanding of fintech, e-commerce, cloud computing, operating systems, web technologies and enterprise security architecture.
4. Strong programming skills in Java, C++, Python or equivalent coding languages.
5. Proven experience creating automation frameworks and tools to support test automation
6. Equipped with a strong sense of responsibility and able to adapt to high-intensity work in a fast-paced environment.
7. Open minded, great communication, eager to learn, and always passionate about delivering the best user experience.
