Position Summary

The position is for the team within EY America’s Innovation and will be expected to work closely with the onshore Go-to-Market team. The candidate will be responsible for working closely with onsite product and business teams. The candidate will be involved in critical projects, campaign plans, go-to-market activities, and collateral development activities for the onsite GTM team, supporting a portfolio of products that span different types of technology, FoP, related service lines etc. Collateral could include, but not limited to, GTM roadmaps, pitch decks, overview slides, social media posts, sales enablement collateral, web page creation, SEO guidance, copy deck creation, community management, email marketing, event marketing, etc. This role requires an experienced, energetic and resilient team player with a good understanding of what it takes to deliver multi-channel marketing programs in a complex environment. This person must have an interest or passion for innovation.

Technical Skills/Tools Requirement

Essential

  • Proficient with MS office suite, especially MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. And a good understanding of digital marketing tools in conjunction with a flair for storytelling and branding.
  • With hands-on marketing experience, ability to manage multiple programs/ campaigns under tight deadlines and maintain attention to detail
  • Outstanding written and oral communications, a generous aptitude to learn the organisation’s pattern of communication and our client’s motivation
  • High level of networking, team building and stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to manage complex processes and/or projects at a, area/ global level
  • Manage resources involved in program/ campaign delivery (internal agency, third-party vendors, etc.) to achieve desired results
  • Ability to support the GTM team in other administrative tasks related to campaigns and operations
  • Ability to balance many moving parts and keep track of status from various products and stakeholders
  • Rudimentary experience with search engine optimization (SEO)

  • Deep and current knowledge of region/market trends, issues and competitive intelligence impacting global markets

Roles and Responsibilities

Essential

  • This individual will help teams program managers bring external and/or internal marketing programs to life by understanding the EY business & marketing strategies and transforming business priorities into world-class execution and delivery.
  • Work as a consultant for stakeholders to plan content requirements for various marketing activities by engaging with them to identify their objectives, strategies, go-to-market priorities, target audiences, differentiators, and other aspects
  • Develop and project manage internal and client-centric customizable content which supports activation through Sectors and Accounts (e.g., solution presentation decks, talk tracks, Q&A, etc.)
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand key solutions and develop go-to-market campaigns
  • Support Go-to-market campaigns for markets priorities including working with the solution owners to drive pipeline operations
  • Enable the product teams to enable account teams with a self-serve pack of sales collateral, templates, tools and guidance
  • Create and manage sales collaterals and toolkit development from scratch, including conducting kick-off calls with the product team and other stakeholders
  • Develop robust project plans around go-to-market initiatives for products with stakeholders to obtain buy-in and maintain project plan with defined timelines and next steps
  • Ensure adequate internal distribution of collaterals and toolkits over channels like SharePoint, Discover
  • Develop and create industry leading and innovative marketing solutions for products
  • Understanding complex technical solution and creating a business-centric narrative
  • Analyze the impact of the go-to-market initiatives on the pipeline
  • Manage multiple campaigns/programs under tight deadlines and maintain attention to detail.
  • Continuously evolve on tools and new age technology for effective Digital Communication across all channels
  • Work as a consultant for stakeholders to plan content requirements for various marketing activities by engaging with them to identify their objectives, strategies, go-to-market priorities, target audiences, differentiators, and other aspects

  • Good understanding of B2B marketing, go-to-market strategy planning, as well as execution and sales practices 
  • Writing and editing, creating content for marketing collaterals in a concentric and business-centric manner
