We are seeking an exceptional Senior Consultant with a proven track record in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to join us.

Your mission:

As an FP&A Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of our Finance Advisory practice’s development strategy. You will play a critical role in advising our clients on budgeting, financial planning, management information (MIS), data & analytics, pricing strategy and performance management. 

Leveraging your experience in one or several FP&A solutions (think the big players like IBM Planning Analytics, SAP Analytics Cloud, Oracle, Tagetik, OneStream, Board, Anaplan,…), strong project management skills, and finance analysis background, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide valuable business insights and deliver effective financial solutions to our clients.

• Designing and implementing state of the art FP&A and EPM solutions, leveraging your expertise in best-in-class tools.

• Crunching numbers, analysing data, and creating exceptional financial models that empower decision-makers with invaluable insights and strategic guidance.
• Identifying areas for improvement, shaking things up, and optimizing financial performance like a true maverick.
• Sharing your wisdom through training sessions and providing premier support to our clients and internal teams.

Let’s talk about you. If you have …

• A sound background in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (degrees are differentiating, but we care more about your skills and experience). CFA charter-holder (or being candidate) will be seen as a strong ambition statement.
• Advanced knowledge of one or more FP&A / EPM solutions that are market leaders (Please provide us with some examples).
• Project management and delivery skills that would set you apart from your peers.
• An analytical mind and problem-solving skills that can tackle any financial challenge.
• Exceptional communication skills to collaborate with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders at various levels of organization (incl. executives)
• An entrepreneurial and commercial mindset (working with us means having the ambition to build a reputation reference for Finance Advisory practice in Luxembourg)
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment without breaking a sweat.
• Any other cool certifications or qualifications that make you stand out from the crowd.
• Previous experience in deploying FP&A / EPM solutions or core financial system (ERP) or other areas of the Finance & performance management is an asset.
• A track record as consultant or/and auditor will also be valued.
