For the Business Unit Marketing & Sales located in Brussels we are currently looking for a Project Manager !

YOUR CHALLENGE as Project Manager

• You are responsible for the comprehensive project management from start-till-finish of both agile and waterfall projects. In our AGILE organization, you work cross multidisciplinary Squads, CoEs and internal/external partners and facilitate the realization of an initiative with (non)dedicated resources from different teams, with different expertise levels
• You are responsible for the business case, resource forecast, project budget and -planning. You are able to realize solutions iteratively to ensure rapid time2market and value-creation
• You are responsible for delivering a cost-efficient solution (in time and on budget) with extreme customer experience and operational efficiency at heart of the solution design and -realization
• You are responsible for qualitative decision-making with all stakeholders via challenge, co-creation and consensus. You manage project relationships, stakeholders and relations with third parties
• You are responsible for clear agreements with partners and follow-up of realization/commitments

YOUR PROFILE as Project Manager

• Requested degree/certificate: Master or equal trough experience
• Min. 5-8 year work experience (min. 3-5 years project mgmt.) -> interest in ‘business’ (e.g. new product) and ‘technical’ projects (e.g. move2cloud)
• You are experienced in project management methodologies, practices and tools …..
• You have strong analytical capabilities and ability to detect/assess dependencies, issues and risks and able to act swiftly on changing context in a fast-paced environment
• You are a good listener, you think and act with a customer-centric and result-oriented mindset
• You have excellent facilitation (e.g. meetings, workshops,…) and communication (e.g. story telling, target2audience,…) skills and feel confident to deliver presentations (or training) in a group.
• You like to work against deadlines (sprints/milestones) and have an agile mindset
• You are fluent in English, Dutch and French. 
• You have a strong safety and environmental awareness. You always take responsibility for the health and safety of yourself and your colleagues !
