Job Purpose/Role:

As a Senior Brand Manager, you will help to define brand initiatives and execute media advertising strategies to attract new customers, enhance brand awareness, and optimize sales revenue through effective brand and digital campaigns.

Key responsibilities:

  • You will have the chance to contribute to the success of Allianz Direct in an international environment. Your main duties: 
  • Co-creation, implementation and monitoring of our international branding strategy and plans.
  • Monitor the perception of brand values and manage relations with creative and media partners for the development of communication, from the brief to the delivery of materials.
  • Co-creation of our media plan for the acquisition of new customers aimed at achieving corporate growth objectives, in synergy with the other business units involved.
  • Management of marketing budget with reference to brand activities.
  • Collaboration with our specialists from the Acquisition- and CRM Tribe to identify actions aimed at guaranteeing optimal sales relevant messages and general communication.
  • Collaboration with other domains (e.g., Pricing & Product, Legal & Compliance) to verify the correctness of our communication and to select the most impactful content and methods for the various touchpoints (web, social media) .
  • Implementation of activities to support acquisition and other processes within the customer lifecycle, ensuring alignment between online and offline campaigns.
  • Market and competition analysis, regarding campaigns and impacts on key business indicators.
  • Measure campaign results, suggesting possible improvements in terms of media optimization within the team.

Qualifications/Key skills:

  • At least 6 years of work experience in a brand environment (corporate or advertising agency)
  • Studies: University degree (economics, with marketing specialization preferred)
  • You have a flexible and open-minded attitude and are able to abide by tight deadlines and used to dealing with different interlocutors in an international context.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to communicate insights to drive business decisions.
  • Strong sense of cooperation and ability to work towards team success and willingness to challenge oneself and counterparties to strive for continuous improvement.
  • Fluent in Business English and German, additional languages are nice to have.
  • Agile project management certification or equivalent project management experience is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of main MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint, Google Ads, Search Ads360, Facebook Business Manager, Adobe suite
