Description:

Seeking experienced Certified Nursing Assistants or nursing students to join our dynamic and compassionate team - $5000 sign-on bonus for full-time Patient Care Techs with 1+ year related experience!

Must have a Florida State CNA license or completed Fundamentals of Nursing course from an accredited nursing school, and BLS through AHA to be considered for this position. Nursing grads may apply if you have not taken the NCLEX to gain insight before applying to the Nurse Residency program.

Job Summary:

12-hour shifts: full-time, part-time and per diem day or night shift opportunities available on Telemetry, Intermediate Care, Surgical Telemetry units. 

Assists in monitoring activities as directed and under the supervision of the RN; assists with patient admission, discharge or transfer; assists in patient's increased mobility; maintains a clean and organized environment; administers hygiene care to patients.

  • Full-time day one benefit eligible positions and $5000 sign-on bonus for experienced candidates accepting a full-time position!
  • Per diem non-benefit positions, flexible scheduling
  • Day Shift: 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
  • Nightshift: 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

  • H.S. Graduate or a GED required
  • For Nursing students, must have completed the fundamentals in nursing from an accredited school.

Experience & Skills:

  • Previous experience working as a PCT in an acute care facility is highly preferred.

Licensure/Certification Requirements:

  • Florida State CNA license or Fundamentals of Nursing from an accredited school required.
  • BLS through AHA
